This is a huge book. Like a major city phone book, if they still had phone books.
Probably the two most reasonably priced 'clubs' are Good Sams and Passport America. Some people find them more useful than others.

You'll get user reviews of RV Parks all across the country. There are other more specialized sites too. - naturistNomadBooks? Nobody uses books anymore. Everybody either uses one of the smartphone apps (actually, any Android or iOS phone, tablet, or iPod Touch) or they use one of the web sites that lists campgrounds. Much more practical. There are several free ones, but I recommend the Allstays one, which is not free, but has a LOT more information in it.
