I would check with the campground you might use. Having your granddaughter "sign you in" may be an issue. She may be required to stay with you. Or you can have her reserve the space and she'll be responsible for any issues. I am not sure about the requirements/restrictions. I'll also add the Gulf Shores/Pensacola West KOA across the 98 bridge in Alabama. Fairly easy 11 mile drive about a mile and a half off of the Alabama end of the Perdido Bay US 98 bridge on county road 99.
