I found a great thread here about beach camping in Texas. I want to cover the whole country. If you know of a beach in Mexico or Canada that allows free RV camping please share that as well.

With hookups or without?
Define low cost <$10? <$40? <$75? Camping on a beach in summertime with hookups for less that 80 bucks on the east coast is low cost for me.
