Frisco Campground Outer Banks NP

Question

We will be staying at the Frisco National Park Campground. The NP website says nothing about a dump station. On campground reviews, someone said Cape Point has one that can be used, but the NP website for that doesn't mention one either. So have any of you actually been to either campground and does one or both have dump stations?

I have only stayed at the Oregon Inlet CG.  A dump and water fill station are located directly across Highway 12 at Oregon Inlet Fishing Center, and are free of charge for campers.

There is a dump station at Cape Point outside the fee areaAt Frisco all the water  bibs are not  threaded so a water thief comes in handy.
