Do the Cades Cove loop, but please don't be "that guy" that stops in the road and backs up traffic to look at a horse. Otherwise, avoid the tourist traps and enjoy the park. Think about the pioneers there and what their lives were like. Get out of the car and hike one of the trails, maybe to one of the waterfalls.
