Knob Noster, MO State Park
For a last minute family camping trip, went to Knob Noster State Park for the weekend and had a great time. Very nice, clean and friendly. Plan on going back soon, and it's only about an hour away...

I am from Missouri and have always found my stays at Missouri State Parks to be very enjoyable. We also camp hosted at Pomme De Terre State Park one fall and really enjoyed the experience.
The Department of Natural Resources does a great job of maintaining and keeping the parks nice, especially considering the use they get.
