Since no one from PL has come forth with the exact reason, IMO I believe that it is to maximize their profits. A single is less likely to rent a golf cart or make large purchases at the cg grocery store or otherwise utilize the "extra$" as a family would.
Its plain to see. You have never been to Pirate Land. The camp store is just that, a camp store. You ain't gonna spend a bunch of money there. It mostly just things you may have forgoton. And a "few" souveneers, and ice. You are not going grocery shopping there.
As for the golf cart, only if they want to get around without driving the car.
And somehow that makes my viewpoint wrong? Okay, now that you have thoroughly debunked my theory with precious logic and reasoning, what exactly is the reason for no singles? Make it a good one. I'll give you the last word.
Nope yours is not wrong. Just giving some insite to the "store" since you've not been there. It is one of the smallest CG store of any of the Myrtle Beach CGs. But there are grocery stores a plenty nearby.
As for the rule. Never heard it, in all the years we have been going there. I just wonder. HOW they would know? They don't come out to the camper and count people.
