How big are Piratelands sites?? Just curious as we always stay at oceanlakes & thought their sites ok our next trip the site is 42' x 33' their web site as you search gives the site size & they are all pull throughs..... The DW has to have the sites with the concrete pad as well.................
The ones on the beach are HUGE, Not so much back in the trees though. Just as an example. This past July. Our beach site was long enough for us to keep the truck hooked to the 31' TT, and not be in the road. It was wide enough to park 4 vehicles side by side as well, along with 9 bikes. It also had a picnic shelter on it.
While we have stayed at OL several times, we have never had a site where we could stay hooked up, and park more than one car. Most of the site "WE" had were barley large enough for the camper.
As for concrete, Had one of those at OL too. It made it hotter, as the pavement held the heat, and stayed hot at night. Grass sites are cooler. they do have them at PL, We avoid them.
Most are back in, with some pull thrus.
