We usually take a trip in the summer to Myrtle Beach & one or two in the Fall since most of the trips are later in the season the concrete pads are nice.......We did not have one in July did have shade which was nice.... but last summer we had one & did not notice the added heat but I will pay attention to that next time. Summers are just hot.... LOL.
I don't know whose storage lot you saw but Ocean Lakes stores probably thousands of trailers....... I have said OL can print money It is had to tell how many millions of $ go through there (I do realize that they have alot of overhead something like 300 employees in season).
