I am from NY and also used to equate having to stay cool with having to stay warm back east. But really it is not the same: I use my grill just about every night, still sit outside.... and basically do more outside here in the summer than I did in winter back east. Better yet, Fall is not depressing (knowing that winter is on its way).

How about being depressed that the Winter visitors are on the way? That is a serious question as I think some year around folks might not look forward to the increased traffic and population of the Winter.
