My park sent out a letter citing "Huge" tax increases as the cause for raising their rates twice in one year. The school districts are really taking a hit down there with all the new students.

Some parks raise the rents slightly every year to keep up with inflation. No different than the rest of the country. have not heard a anything out of the ordinary yet for the RGV.
