south Texas today.. it 45 and light rain.. no shoveling...
but was 85 the other day. and Full SUN. and motorcycle riding. in a "T" shirt and slacks...

It's Colombia with two Os. Maybe that's why I don't see the forecast from the link you posted. I believe the link I posted is correct. Anyway, I never said the weather here doesn't fluctuate. My quote was "The weather doesn't fluctuate much here".
