Seasonal camping in the Northern states

I plan on buying a TT and living in a campground. I live in Minnesota. None of the campgrounds I have researched say anything about the winter months, so i'm assuming you have to leave when it closes in the fall? There is a mobile home park in my town that allows you to live there year round but I would prefer not to live there because it isn't a campground so it doesn't have a pool, a store, showers, anything fun, it's just a park and that's it. It's kind of scummy/scary too. I want a campground so it's safer and there is stuff to do and more amenities. Will I be forced to put my trailer in storage every winter? Do they let you keep it there but shut off all the water and electricity? I'm assuming most northern states would have the same rules so anyone can answer this, not just someone in MN. Thanks!
