South Beach Campground Near Newport Or. Info.
Hey I have reservations at South Beach Oregon State park Campground in March, any info on things to see and do in the area and any pro's or con's about the campground.

Consider switching to Beverly Beach - much better park. South Beach is a good park but not in same caliber as Beverly - if you have bikes bring them as it can be long hike to beach.
Newport has aquarium, harbor with boats that will take you whale watching, restaurants etc - casino about half hours drive north.
