Great Smoky Mountains National Park, or really any of the mountains in that area, or North Georgia. Vogel State Park is awesome.

Rainbow River in Donnellon Fl, is a beautiful spring fed River that is crystal clear, and 75 degrees year round. Disney will be HOT in the summer, and a paddle down the river will be cool and relaxing.
