- LynnmorExplorerObviously you have the entire Blue Ridge Parkway and the Skyline Drive along the way. The Gettysburg, PA area has many good campgrounds and many things to do. There are tons of attractions all along your approximate route, you might want to post what you might like.
- ACZLExplorerLancaster PA?
- vermilyeExplorerIf you can dry camp (bathrooms with hot showers), one of the prettiest state parks in the country is Ricketts Glen in PA. There is a trail that runs along 22 waterfalls and hundreds of cascades in the park.
- JoeHExplorer IIIThanks for the ideas
- DrewEExplorer IIIf you like amusement parks, Knoebels in Elysburg, PA is a great option. Pretty basic (but adequate and decently maintained) campground, and a great traditional amusement park.
