Snowbirding is a lifestyle, not some life long vacation. A person would have to be filthy rich to be able to do that. If you had that type of money, who would want to live in a RV, where neighbors are so close where even in an executive park you need to have landscaping to block them from view. I know I wouldn't, regardless how fancy the RV or park was.
If you think snowbirding is moving around every week or so, that's good give it a try. You'll see quickly why very few do that, and who knows with the new generation maybe that will be the reason snowbirding will die out.
Till then keep reviewing your investment logic, not much else to do when it's cold and snowing up north. If you got it all figured out ( and, it sounds like many do) then maybe this story might be of some interest to some of you wanting out of the cold.
Clicky Yes it takes money to snowbird. Healthcare will be the biggest expense for some, but it's not impossible if you want it enough.
