This is wrong. They do not. You need to bring a portable fire pit....

I have never seen a fire ring at any of the RV sites at Topsail (maybe in the tent area). Probably need to bring a portable fire pit.

We brought our own portable pit. They allow fires, i seem to remember you have to place pit on concrete.
