What effect is Sequestration having on the parks?

I've been hearing the Sequestration will cause cutback's at the parks this year, but have not heard any specifics yet. Have you noticed any effects from the Sequestration, and has it changed any of...

I just saw a post yesterday about continued area closures at GSMNP, and many other parks, along with expectations of fewer services, longer lines, shorter hours at visitor centers when the full season begins.
