In Southern California at the coast it's not uncommon to hit $60 - $75 per night at RV Resorts. These are full amenity resorts.
To us it's worth it for the view, sound of the waves, fresh air and cooler daytime temps in the summer.
I would draw the line at $100 + then you begin to hit 3 & 4-star hotel pricing.
