What's the price "tipping point" for you?

Haven't done a lot of hotels lately have you? $100 a night generally gets you a Best Western or something similar. A Courtyard by Marriott, my idea of a 3 star property is generally around $150. In season, Four star resorts are going to run $200 a night and up. Like anything, location drives prices, but most of the comments about high RV park rates are for locations that also have demand for hotel space and consequently high prices as well. The guy with the 50% guideline is pretty close to accurate in many instances.
