What's the price "tipping point" for you?

Please clue us in on the RV sites near DC that are going unused because of the greedy owners.
Just did a Trivago search and the cheapest room in DC for July 22 (random mid week) was $130.00 for a Days Inn. Definately not the Ritz. What is the price of those unused RV sites?
