There is no "normal/usual" that applies everywhere. It is all about location and it is not just Disney World or the Florida Keys that are in high demand. Rents go up with demand for land, and at some land use density, one can't built a decent RV park at any price.
$50 a night might be "normal" in urban California, or anywhere near a beach in any state, or any popular vacation destination, but much more than $30 would be outrageous for a small farming community in Nebraska that is more than 50 miles from any Interstate superhighway, so that the clientele is temporary workers.
Even for public parks, you might find $14-18 a night on the Plains, $24-30 at a Great Lakes vacation destination, and more than $50 for a California beach park.
It is the same with hotel rooms. I can't get a nice room in midtown Manhattan for the $40 a night it costs me in Leavenworth, but if I want to be there, I'm going to pay whatever it is.
