I was out at Bull Run just yesterday (Saturday) and saw a few open FHU sites. They're $45.50 a night for 50A FHU ($43.50 if you live in FFX or Loudoun counties).
It's close to Udvar-Hazy and I suppose driving to Vienna metro would be do-able, but it's always a crap-shoot getting a parking spot there during the week.
Cherry Hill is pricey $65-$75 but having the bus stop in the park is a huge plus. Heck yeah I'd pay that not to drive in DC traffic if I wasn't from the area.
It's sad that this thread got unpleasant in parts. To be expected I guess.
On a happier note, I stopped in the registration office at Bull Run while I was there. The nice lady behind the desk said that by next year some of the sites that have only 50A electric might be turned into FHU sites.
