I was out at Bull Run just yesterday (Saturday) and saw a few open FHU sites. They're $45.50 a night for 50A FHU ($43.50 if you live in FFX or Loudoun counties).
It's close to Udvar-Hazy and I suppose driving to Vienna metro would be do-able, but it's always a crap-shoot getting a parking spot there during the week.

On a happier note, I stopped in the registration office at Bull Run while I was there. The nice lady behind the desk said that by next year some of the sites that have only 50A electric might be turned into FHU sites.
Customer service is quite good in that area. With higher rates, customer service needs to be better as well. A pleasant and helpful staff is an absolute essential.
