When is a good time to go camping in UP Mi
Best time to go to UP this summer looking at area Gould City. Or Curtis on Lake Manistique. Any recommendations for campgrounds

Camping in the summer is too easy. Camping in February is the best time IMHO. That said, I've only winter camped once in the UP, but plenty of times in the Northern lower. After the first ten feet of snow come down, it's all the same really :P
Hitch up the snow mobile trailer to your truck camper and head UP, great times
