Did you think the CG was going to tell you about the RR track? You obviously didn't do any research either. A quick look on RV Parks Review for this CG reveals the following which directly address your complaints.
It pays to do your research before staying anywhere. Sorry you had a bad experience, but many good ones will come.

A great spot for an overnight stay on your way somewhere else. A bit noisy with being so close to the freeway. You are parked close to other campers and there are quite a few permanents there.
