Probably no longer on the market as flashing red lights of any type are reserved for emergency vehicles.
Alot of the newer vehicles the 3rd brake light flashes a number of times before going solid red. Superbright LEDs has flashing LEDs, but if behind a red lens you should buy a red LED
Not that I don't pay attention to brakelights, haven't seen any flashing CHMSL's up here. - 4x4vanExplorer III

About 10 years or so ago I got stop light bulbs that when you stepped on the brake they flashed slow and then faster until full power. It was a plug in (had a board with them). I never again have found them. When I sold the rig I took them out and gave to a friend and he used them for years with no trouble. The best stop lights that I have ever seen. Must of had a least twice the output of a normal bulb.
I know this is not the answer to your question but just a area to look into and maybe you can find them and if so please share the info.

I would change them out to LED fixtures. The manufacturer of the taillights on my roo also made an LED version. I basically swapped out the guts.
^^ This. I replaced the incandescent back-up bulbs on my truck with LED "bulbs" - worse lighting in reverse now, except in one very narrow area, due to lens/bulb mismatch. - ChooChooMan74ExplorerI would change them out to LED fixtures. - filthy_beastExplorerThere was an article in a Trailer Life that pointed out the issue with just replacing the bulb. The lense that is designed for incandescent bulbs kind of lack when the bulb is replaced with LED bulbs. You might want to consider replacing the entire light fixtures.

Flaguy - agesilausExplorer IIIUsually you will see a lumen output listed. A 75W incandescent is about 1100 lumens IIRC.
