LED Light Strip - 3528 or 5050 LED's?

I am getting a 12V LED light strip to install to the side of the camper under the awning. I am not interested in the controllers, remotes, multi-colors, etc..., I just want a 12V white LED strip that I will tie into the 12V system of the camper.

I see 3528 LED's that have a 2A amp draw for a 16.4' (300) LED strip.

I also see 5050 LED's that have a 5A amp draw for a 16.4' LED strip.

Can anyone give insite on how bright the 3528 strips are? I'd like to use these when dry camping but they need to be bright also. The 5050 strip is a large load to leave on for any amount of time if we are dry camping.

We camp around 45 might a year. About six of those night are dry camping. So at the end of the day LED's that are reasonably bright are more important than the amp draw if the 3528's are dim. I am looking to light up the entire awning area and get away from hanging lights along the awning tube.

I have warm white LED's inside the camper and like them. Should I get the warm white or cool white for outside? I feel like the cool white may appear brighter but I do not want it to look harsh either.
