While we do have one, and the DW loves it, it's really no more than an aerated shower head. We've been taking "Navy" showers since we met and got married, over 29 years ago. So, conserving while camping has been in practice for generations, even our kids do it and, we even do it at home. But, we don't have an one of those shower heads at home.

I loved this little doozy of advertising with it;
"The oxygen helps to purify the water by creating negatively charged ions that counter damaging free radicals".
All that from a showerhead! Really?

I 'bout fell off my chair after reading your response. Yep, there's got to be a computer in there, some really small scientists, engineers, machinery and more, to be able to get all that out of a shower head....
