Anyone know of a good source for aluminum replacement panels besides going through a dealer. It's on a Keystone so no chance going through the factory.
Try these folks. They use to have a video running a job through their shop. I can't find it now. They would ship all over the US if I recall right. 1 piece or a truck load.

I have never used them, but found them a while ago for the day I need new siding.
Hope this helps
John - AlmotExplorer IIIThere should be dozens boat&RV repair places in any big town. I just went to the closest. They all order from one factory in the neighboring province (this is Canada), dealer or no dealer. There are no more siding-forming facilities at dealers here. Shipping to the shop cost me more than the sheet. Brought him a sample to see the pattern (there are many), told him the length that I need, picked up a week later. The width is standard.

That's why I don't want to go through the Keystone dealer close to me, I'm sure they would want to make a Healthy profit for their trouble.:( I only need 12' panels.
When I rebuilt my 81 Citation, I bought all new siding for it.
I did get it from an RV dealer parts department, but it wasn't some high priced thing they ordered in.
This dealers service dept had a complete set of the roll formers and the machine to run all their own siding. They had about half a dozen different profiles and a limited choice of a few colors.
So I looked at their profile samples, picked the one I wanted, in white, and supplied them with a complete list of the cuts and sizes.
They did a spectacular job of it. I was very pleased. Had to rent a 24 foot cube van to bring it home. It's kinda flimsy on its own.
This was quite a few years ago when aluminum was cheaper, but seems to me I paid about $1315. Or something like that for enough to do an entire 25 foot TT.
Perhaps you could poke around your local areaxandcsee if anyone has a siding rollformer line.
Prior to that I checked an online RV place for pricing. They wanted to rip me a new one via my wallet. It pays to ask around. I forget the name of the place, all... something?

Thanks that's not very far, shipping would be prohibitively expensive.

Drop down to Broken Arrow, OK and talk to Macs about your needs.
I delt with them years ago when I had a part time mobilehome/RV repair business. Back then if they didn't have any in stock or you had a panel type that wasn't made anymore they had equipment to run the same crimps in the color you needed. - When I rebuilt my 81 Citation, I bought all new siding for it.
