Replacement fan/vent opinions for 2016 Eagle 284BHBE

I was concerned about the factory bathroom vent assembly design from day one, dealer said they've had no issues with them but recently the mounting flange inside has cracked and the opening ports have...

Just installed a Maxxair 4500K with remote in our new Coachmen. DW is vertically challenged, so the remote was a must. The Maxxair is quiet and moves a lot (900 cfm) of air.
