Replacement Sink?

So I have 2015 CreekSide 20fq. It has one of the plastic kitchen sink that has the small sink on the right and the larger sink on the left. Has anyone tried to replace those with a stainless steel sink? All the ones I see in the catalogues won't fit the opening. If I could find one that needed a little larger opening, I could hog mine out a little.

Thanks,
  • I put a SS sink in our RV but it was not a standard RV sink that I replaced. It took a bit of looking but I found one that was the right size at either Home Depot or Lowes. There are a lot of sinks on display and there are others available on-line. We also found a new bathroom sink at a Pacific Sales store. You can check that or similar home goodies stores.
  • I want to replace my sink as well. I have a double stainless steel sink that is undercount with solid surface countertop. I'd love to have a single bowl sink. Looked at the link for the custom fabrication and you're right, it's very expensive. Maybe next year?
  • This is all some massively great info. I am thinking a trip to Lowes is gonna happen. That will get rid of the cheesy sink and the cheap faucet! That will happen soon as I get the new cabinet built to put our kitchen and table goodies in! Glad I'm not the only one who dis-likes these sinks.

    Thanks!
  • Measure the sink opening and go to Lowes, Home depot. If you don't see a sink that size see if they have a special order that will fit.
  • I replaced plastic sink with this unit

The hole had to be enlarged front to back in my situation, and we replaced the faucet set with a pull out/spray single handle.

Same problem here. We have sort of weird size. New sink is on the list but few other things first. I called this place and they make about anything, but they sure charge...one reason why it's on back burner for now. Also plumbing under sink will need stuff also.
