But you should consider changing the sink from one you have which does not have the "apron" for the faucets to one that does have an apron. The difference is night and day!
The apron type will stop the water from the faucet from pooling on the counter top and eventually rotting out the counter top.
With the apron types the faucet mounts to the sink and the sink apron will contain any water "spillage" from the faucet.

THISBy the way, the one in the link is actually designed for mobile homes which have a shallow depth of counter top like a RV. It is only 19" front to back including the apron. A normal home sink is about 22" front to back and would be a tight fit in most RV counter tops.
