Suburban water heater replaced by suburban Nautilus

Hey guys,
I’m replacing my gas/electric suburban water heater with a suburban nautilus heater.
The rv has orange and white wire connected to each other and a small green wire.
The Nautilus has red black (positive and negative) , orange and blue ( marked LED positive and negative) and two light grey/blue wires marked ODCC

Anyone know how to connect these wires together correctly?
Thanks !
  • There should have been an installation guide packed with your new heater!

You can download the manual from the suburban website!
  • Did you label the RV wires as to what went where?
What was the OLD Suburban WH Model?
RV Orange & White connected together????????
    2 sources of 12VDC+///house & chassis batteries????

    Nautilus
    RED ----12VDC+
    Black --12VDC-

Orange --12VDC+ to the LED Light
Blue ----12VDC- from LED Light to ground
*with your RV wiring probably NOT used

Grey/blue -----ODCC (On Demand Control Center) From Nautilus Circuit Board
  • Thanks!!
Realized yesterday that I need a switch, which is sold separately!
So I’ve ordered the “on demand control Center” and not just the on/off switch (which is also sold separately) :)
That explains the connectors on the two grey wires (ODCC) and also the two LED wires, these four should connect the the switch.
And I am assuming the red and black wires will connect to the orange/white wires. (Old Biscuit, yes I didn’t mean “connected” , rather orange and white ...positive and negative, sorry about that. Lol
I assume the orange is positive and white negative?
Then there is the small green wire from the RV...don’t know what that is for.
And yes the 120 I won’t be using and I have terminated that into the junction box that was already there.

    Orange should be 12VDC+
    White should be 12VDC-
    **Verify using voltmeter
    Green would be GROUND
