Orange should be 12VDC+
White should be 12VDC-

Did you label the RV wires as to what went where?
What was the OLD Suburban WH Model?

Orange --12VDC+ to the LED Light
Blue ----12VDC- from LED Light to ground
*with your RV wiring probably NOT used

There should have been an installation guide packed with your new heater!
