I did a test and got my rig as level as possible using multiple locations. Then, once I felt it level, I put my torpedo level on the counter, which was near where I store it. It also showed it level in one particular spot, so now I use that location only.
That's the way to go. They vary so much from spot to spot you have to find one that works for your rig. I found that the freezer floor is pretty much the same as one of the tables as far as level goes. So I level to that table with a bubble level. But when I do this, the oven has a serious side-to-side slope to it and the back bedroom feels like it's low in the back. So I use the bubble level to get it in the ballpark and adjust it for comfort (comfort meaning blood doesn't rush to your head while you're sleeping and doors don't swing open and closed by themselves).
