I'm kinda with Stickdog on this. Initially, level your trailer from side to side. This may take some time to do. Use a 4 foot level, a 2 foot level and a torpedo level. Use wood blocks, the Lego things, whatever you've got but get it exactly level in every spot you can think of. Then use the tongue jack, landing gear, whatever to get it level front to back. Open entry and interior doors about half way and check for any significant movement that would indicate not being completely level. Redo this process, if necessary. When your rig is a level as humanly possible, place the Hoppy levels on the driver's side front corner: one for side to side, and one for front to back. Make sure these indicate being level.
