Where do I put my level when leveling T.T?

Anytime we've purchased a trailer I've taken it to an empty lot where I could level it front-to-back with the tongue jack and side-to-side with wood shims under the low side tires, using a small torpedo level in the fridge as my point of reference. Once I'm satisfied the fridge is about as level as it can be I add stick on levels for each of the two planes, one on the trailer side wall and in the case of our current trailer this large, easy to see Level Master trailer level on the front wall.
