I guess I'm a bit surprised that everyone doesn't attach levels to the trailer body. Makes it so easy. I've got the trailer leveled before I even open the camper door. I just can't see having to go inside the camper with a level, then back out and pull forward/backward to adjust the blocks or the tongue jack, back inside to check, back outside to adjust...
And the really cool thing is, that most if not all of those levels are graduated in 1 inch per 8 foot. Your camper is 8' wide, so if you are out of level by 2 graduations, you already know you need 2" of blocks under the tires. No guessing, and no jockeying back and forth adjusting the blocks. Works for the front to back leveling too, but there is a tiny bit of math involved.
