Norcold says this about their fridges:"The refrigerator is made to operate within 3 degrees off level side-to-side and 6 degrees off level front-to-back (looking at the front of the refrigerator)." I believe Dometic is similar. Getting the trailer perfectly level isn't critical for the fridge, unless it's quite old.
A combo bathtub/shower can leak water onto the floor if off-level. Had that happen on a previous TT.
I use a 2' level on the bumper and frame. Have had some stick-on bubble levels for quite a while but it's easier to just grab my 2' level. DW's son went camping with us once and before I could get my level out he had his smartphone out and on the bumper... :S My method doesn't need recharging tho.
