thats an old trailer. i bought an 03 WW 3505SLC a couple years ago and love it. Roof is your biggest issue, check it and double check it for any leaks.
sagging walls are always issues with toyhaulers too. It shows up when you bounce on the rear of the trailer and look to see if the cabinets pull away from the wall.
