I have a 2011 chaperal 271BH. Like the other poster said the threaded one is the freshwater tank drain, the other 2 are vents/overflow. The 12volt socket will handle an inverter large enough for the TV. My TV is about 60watts so get an 150 watt inverter if that is all you plan to power from it
