Thanks, Will
When we got our 5er, I was unsure about the electric awning. Our past trailers only had the old manual awnings. Once I got using it, I like it better. But I ALWAYS tie it down. I can keep it out in some pretty good winds. But I have had a couple times the wind picked up so fast I didn't get it down, then I couldn't get it untied and down without it blowing up. Those were scary. Just be careful an know what the wind will do, and untie and get it down before it gets too much. You will learn what it will handle.

Mark - MFLNomad III'm thinking the newer DRW trucks actually sit lower than the 3500 SRW, so even though you may be towing a little nose high, it should work. You can measure the FW over hang, to ground, and then ground to bed rail of truck. The truck will squat a little when hooked up, but not a lot, with that size trailer.
I have a Dometic 9100 electric awning that works well for me. The wind is not your friend with most electric awnings, so can limit use.
Jerry - Wills6_4_HemiExplorerNobody else have info? it also has an electric awning anyone have one? do they work well?. Thanks
