That's strange - I've never had a front end problem with my 1996, 2002 and 2011 Ram 3500 duallies - all were/are 4x2 trucks.

I don't know where you're getting your information, but the maximum GCWRs with the Ram are achieved with the 6 speed automatic transmissions. Those trucks with the G56 manual have derated engines and lower GCWRs as compared to the automatics (68RFE and Aisin AS69RC).
