The SRW 3500 will be hard to find,up to a 6 month wait if you order it.
Our 2011 was 5.5 WEEKS from order to delivery.Dwight205 wrote:
The 2 WD is alot shorter truck. I had a 2500, had alot of problems with the front end.
That's strange - I've never had a front end problem with my 1996, 2002 and 2011 Ram 3500 duallies - all were/are 4x2 trucks.Dwight205 wrote:
3500 is more heavy duty, you will lose 10K pulling power with an auto tranny.
I don't know where you're getting your information, but the maximum GCWRs with the Ram are achieved with the 6 speed automatic transmissions. Those trucks with the G56 manual have derated engines and lower GCWRs as compared to the automatics (68RFE and Aisin AS69RC).

I too on 1st page addressed Dwights post about the Ram's...and the most puzzling part was that you would lose 10,000# "pulling power" with auto...I then stated that my 2013' with Aisin and 4:10 has a GCWR of 37,500#...so yeah, looking forward to his reply as to what he is talking about.
