this thread is along the lines of what i am looking to do. also looking to install 2nd a/c in the bedroom in my 5th. it is prewired and 50 amp. i was just going to out a 13,5 which would be fine but i would not have to connect it to the ducting correct? like someone said, close the duct there and it will flow more to the other rooms. this last weekend was only 89 at the highest and the bedroom was hotter than outside it seemed. but the bunk room in back was pretty cold. thanks
