I believe there was an individual on here not too long ago that had real problems with his toyhauler misbehaving when loaded or unloaded, can't remember which, due to the light pin weight. That's really pretty unusual to have a 5th wheel misbehave, and I believe he had the factory either replace it, or repair it, and I think it was replaced.
I don't think I'd care to pull a 42' toyhauler with only 2000 lb. in weight. The pin weight would only decrease as you loaded stuff in the garage, and IMO that could get downright spooky.
