It depends on how your hitch is set. You can always let some air out off the tires if too high.:)

I would measure it exactly while it's hooked up. Stated heights don't always include the AC or vent covers. I know some people who put smaller tires on when they store their trailer just so it will clear a 12 1/2' door.
