Some general points:
*)Unlike the housing industry, the RV industry's "R-Values" are not regulated. That means a builder can claim a high value for some method (reflective foil comes right to mind) that actually isn't allowed in the housing industry.
So, rather then looking at claimed "R" value, learn how the wells, floor and roof are made.
*)Having a claimed "R-99" doesn't mean much if the rig is built so sloppy it leaks like a sieve.
*)Look to all the windows, sky-lights and roof vents. The standard roof-vent is a hole in the ceiling the heat/cool leaks out of.
