Most important, are she and the dogs okay? If the frame is made by Lippert, she can call Lippert customer service and perhaps the company can help her out. Also call Heartland RV for advice and help. I suspect the RV is not towable in that condition. Insurance could certainly be of assistance as well as road side service to get the unit towed to a nearby repair shop or campground. I wish I were close enough to help but I am in Maryland.
